「Very uniquely artsy decor. Beautiful.」

「I booked 3 rooms and 1 room is pretty small so I upgraded one. The door knobs are so hard to open, these are important to the tourists. There’s cockroaches in one room. The piano needs to be tuned up. The food selections are not that long but half of the list is not available especially the local food selections. These should be fully stocked than the international food. 」

「Our party of 12 enjoyed our stay at Villa Isabel. Location was convenient. Our rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The lobby was clean. The front desk and the hotel staff were very welcoming, attentive, friendly and accommodating. Buffet breakfast was good though we found service at their Chinese restaurant and ala carte at the Filipino restaurant to be slow. Otherwise overall service from hotel and staff during our 3-night stay was excellent. 」

「予約時にクレジットカード払いしたのにフロントで現金を請求された、後で現金を返してくれた。 部屋に冷蔵庫は無い。 連泊したが翌日はバスタオルが無かった、フロントに電話してバスタオルを届けて貰った。」

「Very nice set up. I picked this location for convenience from the airport. But after a couple of days, I moved closer to the volcano and decided to walk. For reference it’s a 90 minute walk, but it was incredibly awesome.」

「The room was sufficient, but the bathroom definitely needed to be reworked. There is no hot running water. There is no real pressure for the shower. So I had to use the bucket and a kettle that was provided by the hotel to heat up my water so I wasn’t taking a cold bucket bath. There were also about a dozen ants inside the bathroom that I spotted. If anything, the bathroom can certainly be upgraded. The area around the property is very noisy with traffic. But if I would shut the bathroom window...

「my single room has no blanket and the door for bathroom has broken that could not close comletely. so pretty bad. i don't wanna think this is daraga quority.」

「朝食のバイキングやスタッフの対応は問題ないが、冷蔵庫、クローゼットがないのが残念。プールからのマヨン山の眺めが良かった。」

「Spacious room, though oddly shaped. It's beside a river or creek, so if it's warm or sunny, you can smell it (and it's not pleasant at all) when you open your window or go outside. Given the amenities and condition of the facilities, it seems a bit pricey for what you'd get. I'd still be okay to stay here again if needed but I think I could find another hotel with better value around the area.」

「It's really nice like a condo. I really comfortable stay and there is the best location near the mall, bus/jeep station. There is central of the city and a little bit busy place. If you are sensitive about sounds, there is noisy at night by loud music sometimes.」

「マヨン山を見に行きました。ホテルは街中にあり、大きなモールも近くにあり、とても便利なところでした。お部屋も綺麗ですし、ホテル内も値段の割にはいい感じです。ただ、朝食はそれなりのフィリピンな感じです。もちろん、ダメではありませんが、それなりです。」
