"Breakfast on the 42nd floor is excellent with a nice view. The hotel is massive. It is a little dared but overall it maintained well. The onsen is old but looks like they are building a brand new one and will be ready by the fall. I like this hotel a lot, will definitely return if I am going to miyazaki again"

"We stayed for 10 days and it was conveniently located and very clean. I wished they had air condition in the common aisle area as the weather can get very hot (the room, kitchen area had good air conditioning). Also we had guest complaining about any noises as you really had to open/close door quietly etc...and some guests the very last day was very noisy until 3am in the morning while the door of the rooms, youi could hear everything. We got extra towels etc as we requested it, but they should...
