"Absolutely beautiful hotel in the heart of Zermatt. It took six minutes to walk to the hotel from the train station and the location is perfect. You are in the heart of the shopping/dining district in Zermatt. The staff went out of their way to provide excellent customer service and the room was very spacious with modern amenities. I would definitely stay here again."

"This is an excellent hotel in Grindelwald. Wide variety of breakfast options including omelette station. Dinner was good albeit not cheap. Unfortunately, the guest room lighting was exceptionally poor and was definitely the worst lightening I ever experienced in a quality hotel. With the few available lights the room was nearly dark. "

"We absolutely loved this hotel! The staff was amazing and so kind. The views were incredible! Food was also incredible including the breakfast included with the stay!! We had to leave super early our last day for a train and they even packed us breakfast bags for the go which was so sweet and made our early morning easy and delicious! Only complaint is the shower. I don’t know if all rooms have it but it’s just a handheld shower head on the wrong side making it difficult to shower and get water...
