"Check-in - Catherine & her husband were there to greet us at check-in with keys and a tour of the house. "Perfecte uitvalsbasis om Parijs te ontdekken. Kwartiertje lopen van treinstation en vanaf daar is alles makkelijk bereikbaar met OV. Het appartement is fantastisch! Mooi interieur, ruim appartement en zeer schoon. En na de hectiek van de Parijse binnenstad, is het heerlijk rustig thuiskomen. Parijs is zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!"

Although the location is not near the center but just 5 minitues takes to reach the bus station. The buses bring to RER and Metro. "We stayed for 1 week at Emmanuel's place. We started communicating on WhatsApp prior to arriving at the location - I just punched his number into WhatsApp and started texting. We also got recs on a nearby boulangerie. We had a midnight check in which went smoothly. Upon checking in our group could tell that we were visiting someone's home rather than a vrbo that was just bare bones. There was a ton of personal touches and books which made us feel we were at home. There is a bar across the street...

"It was great that it was close to the metro, so easy to get to the main sights. Lovely cemetery nearby. The boulangerie was right across the street and always open and well priced. 1€ baguette every morning! It seemed safe to an extent, though not as comfortable as some other neighbourhoods we ventured around. Not all of the plugs seemed to work. "Our stay there at this house was great, this house was very well prepared for us with a lot of space (4 rooms + 2 bed sofas + 2 full bathrooms + kitchen + living room and patio) and confort for the 6 of us. It is very well located at Saint Dennis, North of Paris, but very accesible by car and Bus/Metro system. "No A/C as was indicated in ad. Rooms on the top level got very hot. Two of the doors to the exterior and 1 window on main level could not be locked or closed properly. Main bathroom only had one small functioning lightbulb, made for very dim bathroom use after dusk. Bring toilet paper. Would not recommend."
