"Room wasn’t ready at time of check-in but offered another room at €50 per night extra which incl Club M lounge access- kinda good, nice staff in lounge area, it was more pleasant for breakfast compared to buffet on level 2 but we had paid for breakfast with our original sea view room, so not a saving. Manager was very nice & decorated our bed plus Prosecco & cake for our anniversary, so that was extremely nice. Large hotel but staff made you feel special. Wigi’s restaurant close by is a must too"

"I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were friendly and the waiters were all polite. However the only downside was the breakfast. There was not many options and I noticed some cross contamination between the eggs and the pork which as a Muslim made me uncomfortable. Other than this, the hotel was amazing, the Junior suite was so spacious and the balcony view was beautiful. The bed was very comfy and I loved the decor with the big mirrors. I hope to be back one day. Thanks"

"Excellent location next to the port. All staff were fantastic and friendly, the receptionist who checked us in was wonderful. Free parking but a bit hair raising getting up the slope. Breakfast was plentiful and I enjoyed the variety. The roof top bar was superb and the cocktails were amazing!! The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The hotel is a bit dated in places but renovations were on going. Both pools were fab as well. I would stay here again."

"Fantastic hotel, definitely worth the money for the service you get from the staff. Each morning at breakfast, the Manager, or a staff member assist you on ideas to do that day! Our room was upgraded to a room with 2 bathrooms & the bedroom upstairs (may not be good for people with mobility issues) TV had a good amount of English shows. Situated in the heart of Valletta.
