"Lovely place, well placed for Dotenbari (20min walk) and Osaka in general. 2 different tube lines within 10 mins walk msde for easy access to kyoto, Universal and Nara. The staff were extremely helpful. When our lugage arrived it was taken to our room waiting for us. When it was time to move on the desk staff arranged everything for us , very impressed with the professionalism. Lots of Cafes and convenience stores within a minutes walk. "The hotel is very close to the metro station. Room is clean and big enough to open 2 big luggage. Love that we can cook and do the laundry. Just that i only receive check in details at 2pm that day. It will be better if i know the check in procedures beforehand. "
