The weather was not so good with several days of rain and the hotel has 7 separate blocks so to get to reception or the dining room means getting wet. The dinning room was a bit soulless and the buffet food was often cold. Being out of season the other food outlets were not open and there were no restaurants or bars within walking distance.

The resort is magnificent in every aspect but the location is far from touristic and historical sites, however, the hotel offers a shuttle bus to Veleta which is very convenient. It’s perfect for people who want to rest in a resort with its own amenities. We prefer to be close to restaurants and shops and found it a bit secluded.

Parfait pour un séjour relax !

Bel établissement, propre, bien équipé. Deux belles piscines propre et chaude, seul bémol un petit manque de profondeur (1.30m max). deux restaurants sur le site, l'un en formule buffet qui n'est pour le coup pas d'un bon rapport qualité pris, l'autre à la carte au bord de la piscine très bien (bon et service de qualité). Chambre impeccable, calme, bien équipée, lits confortable, ménage fait quotidiennement. Seul point négatif, l'eau chaude qui prend énormément de temps à arrivée. Le spa est sans aucun intéret.

Wir kommen wieder! Es war sehr gut. Man muss nur wissen, wie man das Hotel erreichen kann. Bushaltestellen sind nicht direkt am Hotel. Nur eine ist an einer Hauptstraße. Es empfiehlt sich diese zu nehmen (Falkun). Alle anderen wie Universität oder Miller sind etwas weiter weg. Dafür kann aber das Hotel nichts. Also alles top!

Stayed at UV just for 1 night as my Husband had a very early hospital appointment. We have stayed before and the standards are excellent in all areas. Breakfast has so much choice. The choice of food around the pool was exceljent too. Will definately stay again.

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé, l'hôtel était très beau, le petit déjeuner au top et les piscines et le SPA super. La chambre avec balcon calme et la literie très confortable, le ménage est fait tous les jours. Possibilité de faire du tennis sur les terrains à proximité gratuitement. L'emplacement est idéal pour faire le tour de l'île en visite. Le parking est gratuit et facile. Juste 2 bémols, le personnel d'accueil de l'hôtel n'est pas très avenant, notre Anglais n'étant pas parfait, on a senti l'agacement lors de nos demandes diverses. 2ème bémol, la pizzeria au bord de la piscine, la nourriture n'est pas bonne et chère pour ce que c'est (une pizza tomate fromage avec tellement peu de tomate que c'était sec et un hamburger avec seulement du poulet pané et du chou sans sauce...).
