The resort is magnificent in every aspect but the location is far from touristic and historical sites, however, the hotel offers a shuttle bus to Veleta which is very convenient. It’s perfect for people who want to rest in a resort with its own amenities. We prefer to be close to restaurants and shops and found it a bit secluded.

Stayed at UV just for 1 night as my Husband had a very early hospital appointment. We have stayed before and the standards are excellent in all areas. Breakfast has so much choice. The choice of food around the pool was exceljent too. Will definately stay again.

An awesome stay

Had the best experience at Urban Valley. The staff went above and beyond, the food was great, the place was awesome and the spa was tranquil. Will recommend the place to friends and family - and hope to visit again sometime.

The pools are amazing and the staff is very welcoming! The room upgrade we got was especially great. Only the breakfast was a little let down but besides that, everything was as great or even better than advertised!
