「We loved this place and would definitely stay again. It was comfortable and clean, had nice amenities, and was within walking distance to a few restaurants and Ocean Beach. It’s a bit further from some of the nicer restaurants but Ubers were cheap so it was a good spot for our first visit to Puerto Rico.」

「What an amazing property Coqui del Mar is. Hotel is overall well kept. We stayed at their biggest room, Orange Room, which has a HUGE kitchen, living room, and cute little bathroom. The property is generally well kept, although some areas started to show its age and could use refreshing, i.e. shower in the bathroom, appliances in the kitchen, plants around properties that are not well trimmed, outdoor furniture and turf around hot tub that started to show its age. Location is somewhat walkable,...

Reserved parking stall was handy. You have to be a good communicator with the property owner to have the best experience.」

「We stayed one night at Place by the Sea and it was more than adequate. Our mobile home was large and clean, the service was stellar, and the view from the back was quiet and relaxing! Fernando was so nice and recommend an amazing restaurant close by called el Rancho Playero!」

「I would say that location of the property was very good. Convenient and close to places we wanted to visit. I was a bit disappointed in the property itself … the sofa bed was uncomfortable and falling apart. Linen had stains. There weren’t any niceties to make our stay special.」

「First off, I would like to say that Ivannie and Jose, we’re very accommodating hosts. Jose was easy to talk to and responded promptly and was always professional. The area was nice. There are a couple of bars, wonderful small restaurants, and a delicious coffee shop that all are in walking distance. We tried about 4 restaurants in the area, and all were great! The beach (literally a 5 minute walk) was the best part. Keep in mind that there are apartment complexes that block the ocean view, so...

「I did not like this place at all and me and my family felt like no one on the property wanted to help us and didn’t know anything about what we could do around the area. Expedia was not helpful on helping me retrieve my my back because supposedly their was a glitch in their system. It really put me and my family in a bad spot! Don’t stay here there pool is so far away from the room and restaurants are also far and the other supposedly mother hotels told me and my family that we could not use...

「Perhaps the most important thing to me, after staying in a Lima hotel on a noisy street, was staying in a quiet neighborhood. Motels have no control over how noisy a neighborhood may be. But currently Janer House neighbors (it's a residential area) make practically no noise at all. Also, I appreciated having a fridge and micro. I'd stay at Janer House again. 」
