"Very excellent service and management. This hotel is fabulous! The room was very luxurious and clean. Staffs were kind and responsive. I received the Expedia VIP upgrade and it was very well done. In addition to the luxurious room on the top floor (next to the gym and vending machine), I was given a complimentary ticket to a cafe located in the center (Hakata station). The employees there welcomed me and explained me the options. I chose coffee cake and those were very good. Location of the hotel is not on the main street, but nonetheless very close to the metros and easy to get to on foot by metro. Basically, it was the best service you could receive from a non-five-star hotel."

"Location is great. 7-8 mins walk to Tenjin Station. Near to Canal City. Plenty of small restaurants near the hotel so you won’t go hungry. The room is considered big by Japanese standard. Wish they could give us international sized pillows. The pillows are small. Got a neck ache after sleeping in them for a few nights😅 Otherwise everything was nice! Bought breakfast. It was simple and decent for the price. Thank you!"

"Hotel provides comfortable shuttle. Service to Hakata JR station. Staff are attentive but if they have more English speaking guests they can do with a few more English speaking staff "

"It is very close to the Hakata station and so is close to everything including shopping points and dinning options. The room is room yet quiet and the air conditioning is strong. Would stay again if I go to Fukuoka "
