"It's our first time at an onsen ryokan, and overall it was a very pleasant stay! The receptionist that greeted us spoke English well and was very clear at explaining the facilities and answering any questions we had. She asked clarifying questions about our food preference so that adjustments can be made to the meals. My friend doesn't eat any raw food, we both don't eat spicy, and they made note of that. "The space was way larger than we expected. The place was beautiful and so clean. Pretty close to two different train stations which was fantastic. The host left instructions on how to use the bath (pre-fill option was great) and other tips for the city. Nice quiet neighborhood and a vending machine right across the street was super useful too! 10/10 would stay again."

"We love the location of this hotel that it is located just above the Namba Station. The room was big enough for our family of 4, which fits our American standards. Tons of restaurants and shopping inside the station or outside on the streets. Walkable to Dotonbori and other areas. Daily breakfast buffet was a plus as most places don't open until 10am."
