"I rented this property out for 39 days. Basically there isn’t a whole lot of you should expect here. It’s a very small place that is overpriced. Location is nice to Waikiki but next to a park that has a lot of homeless individuals on drugs. Customer service would receive 0 stars if available."

"Such a great, comfortable, quiet little cottage that is just right outside Waikiki. You will love hearing the birds (and roosters). You can take a short walk to get to Pioneer Saloon for a plate lunch or Bogarts cafe for breakfast. The beach and the zoo are all right there. Just a wonderful, restful little spot for when you are in Honolulu. If you want action this is not the place for you. No tv- just a smart tv in bedroom. "Great property, well equipped and furnished for our extended 9 week stay while undergoing home renovations. Landlords friendly and helpful and very responsive. Ideal location in quiet neighborhood. We were very pleased with everything!"

"This is a lovely space. The bed is firm and comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious. The lanai is a great place to have breakfast in the morning or a cup of tea in the late afternoon. Mel anticipates almost every guest need, including having a binder of manuals for the many appliances. There is a lot to see in Hawaii, but you will want to save time just to be in the cottage."

"Overall everything was great. I gave it a 4 because we paid for the week of parking and 3/5 days they oversold the parking so we had to park and pay at the zoo. Also bigger vehicles not a good idea as we couldn’t park one of our vehicles here at all due to height. We know for next time to get a smaller car too. But we paid for 5 days of parking and 3/5 days ended up paying somewhere else for parking. Property also didn’t fill our soaps and towels fully each time so we had to ask for...

"Overall good - staff (friendly and helpful), location outstanding to Waikiki Beach, shopping, food, and local markets/events. Room clean and sufficient for overnight stay (we were heading out on a cruise next day). Murphy bed was comfortable enough but difficult to get to go back in properly. Overall stay was good but was surprised at the high additional resort charge for a 1 night stay! "
