「Service was great and was able to check in earlier. The front desk personnel didn’t charge us early check in fee. They also delivered more drinks and tea bags when we called. The only suggestion is we have to call several times till someone answers. The front desk always empty and now one there, you have to wait for someone to come.otherwise it’s decent hotel nearby haram. Only 5 minutes by free shuttle offered by the hotel or 10-20 real by taxi」

「Hotel is great and walking distance from the Haram, however as a steep slope walking back to the hotel is very hard specially when you are tired. Very difficult to find the hotel with all the construction work happening around, we were lost for 45 minutes. The housekeeping staff specially MD Shafiqul Islam was extremely helpful went above and beyond to find me a bucket to soak my feet as I was tired and in pain.
