"I had a lovely stay, enjoying it so much I ended up extending. The staff were incredible and always helpful a shoutout to Jimmy for being a great help always. The room was everything I could ask for after a long day of travelling. Breakfast was set up well and had everything you could want. Finally the location is perfect being located in the hussle and bussle of it all in a busy street there is always something to do or see. I would definitely stay here again :). "

"This was our favorite hotel in all that we stayed at during our vietnam trip. The hotel manager, ken and the entire staff made our stay memorable. Our suite, room #802 was amazing and our vip perks were generous. I would definitely stay here again should we ever visit vietnam again and i would highly recommend this hotel to everyone!"

"My stay at the Lotus Boutique was great the staff where very attentive and happy our room was large and with a great view over the city . The staff where fantastic Helpful and very nice always smiling and happy to be around We got the room we booked and it was clean and well appointed Very clean bathroom Cleaning staff did a great job each day , Front of house where always helpful and attentive. Breakfast was great fresh cooked eggs and pho Fruit was great and fresh made coffee The best Would recommend anyone coming to Hanoi this hotel."
