「Loved the access to the beach. The fact that you are pet-friendly. So happy with the vinyl floors and the bathroom was perfect. I didn't like the noise from the guests above me.」

「This place needs a serious update. Pillows are horribly worn, furniture is damaged, all furniture surfaces are sticky and scratched. There was only one dim lamp for source of light in the room. Hot tub was very stained and water was sketchy colored. You can hear everything in the rooms above and next to you. Lobby was nice, staff was nice and check in was fast. 」

「Ok place for the price. Bring your own shampoo because they give none. No hair dryer. No frills. Excellent choice of television channels! Bed was a 6 out of 10. Sort of soft. Good pillows. Gap under entry door was bad! Could see people passing and light from the hall. 」

「Lincoln Sands was an excellent stop to stay for a couple days during my birthday. We booked it last min and so glad we did ! Jim was amazing and so friendly! He gave us a great room, and it was gorgeous. Looks like they’ve done a total renovation on this place. Clean, classy and modern rooms with stunning views and sounds of the ocean. Well done ! Friendly and sweet staff, awesome place to stay ! 」
