「It was fairly clean except for mold around tubs and large stain in back bedroom carpet. Towel rack broken and missing in back bathroom. Neighborhood is deteriorating a lot of trash on street. Overall nice experience but would most likely not come back. The 10 am check out is pretty early especially when you can't check in until 4. Overall good stay」

We all had enough room to spread out and liked that there was a common sitting area for us to be together after a long day of walking around the city. Location is perfect - super close to the capitol and within walking distance to all major attractions (White House, monuments and museums on the mall, Ford’s Theater, etc.) and close to a metro stop as well. Would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here...
