「大きな国際空港の近くなのに空港送迎が悪い。事前に到着便を連絡していたにも関わらず到着後空港から改めて連絡しなければ来なかった。しかも送迎バスは11amから6pmの間は無いと言われた。 レイトチェックアウトもできず、チェックアウト後は寒いロビーで時間を潰すしかなかった。」

「We enjoyed staying, the gated community. There was very nice. We walked a lot around there. There was golf for people who wanted to golf. Also we ate at the clubhouse they had coffee in the morning. We had a coffee pot in our unit, but no coffee the first morning, so walked over to the clubhouse and she gave us coffee for free. We also ate dinner in the country club restaurant. It was excellent I would highly recommend it.」

「Online I was allowed to book 2 queen beds for 4 people, there were no extra rules or requirements listed. When I checked in and I told the person that we were all 22 and 21, he immediately told me they didn’t have any beds for us. Then when I asked for my money back he changed his answer to “the beds aren’t big enough for you to fit all 4”. I again said I want a refund and again he changed his story to “We don’t want drugs and alcohol here, we’re a family business we don’t do that drugs and...

「Great communication and access to help if and when it was needed. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and gets really dark at night which helped us to sleep even better than normal. I'd recommend this to others as well.」

「We had a wonderful stay at your home and would absolutely love to come back. It made a really nice and close home away from home on our small vacation. During our time at your home we attended the Texas Ren Fair in Todd Mission which was only about 40 minutes away. We really enjoyed using the Hot Tub, Grill and the living area downstairs playing games. Thankyou for providing a wonderful home for our stay.」
