「This historic VRBO was updated and yet held onto its historic charm with exposed brick, beams and decor. The beds were comfortable, the towels were fluffy and the kitchen was well appointed. 「This property is much larger than it appears in the pictures. The location is great in Boalsburg and has lots of parking. I would stay here again, especially in nicer weather when you can enjoy the back yard area.」

「Peggy was VERY helpful, by providing information in the room for Groundhog Day. Her communication was thoughtful (providing check-in information, a hand-drawn map of the surrounding streets and highlighting the parking, and a list of local restaurants in Clearfield). There was a kitchen and full-sized refrigerator, as well as soda / candy / chips available to purchase on the honor system (it was good for my kids to see that). This was beyond perfect, and I couldn't recommend it more. 」

「Never sent check in instructions. When I got there no one was there and no one answered the phone. Sent many messages nothing. Finally, a management company called me and said no refunds. They even charged me the cleaning fee. Also, if you stay here the parking lot is a half mile from the house and you have to take a mud trail to get there. I」

Great communication with the owner as we had a little trouble with figuring out WiFi and the tv. Lower level definitely chilly but my husband loved it. House was clean and in a great location.」
