「This place was perfect for us. It was very clean, has AC, and in a nice gated property (although it doesn’t feel unsafe outside). It was very walkable to a few dining areas and a shopping centre. What makes this place also great was Kate! She was very responsive and made sure we were taken care of. She even brought treats for my girls and drove us from and back to the airport. Would definitely recommend this place!」

「First time to Rarotonga Had a great stay.. The hosts were so friendly and helpful. Let us have a late check out. Their staff were great as well. . A nice little walk to the beach and the pool was so well used.. We loved staying here Thank-you」

「For the price paid, the apartment was not ready for us to check in and we spent over an hour waiting for the cleaner to finish. The cleanliness wasn’t great either. There were no washing liquid and kitchen towels. The pillows and beddings looked like they were not washed either. The floors weren’t mopped as we could still see dirt on the tiles. 」

「This was our second time staying at this property in as many years! It's a great layout, nice big terrace. The owners, Jerôme and Corinne, are wonderful! They are close, so any questions or problems can/will be dealt with immediately. The apartment is close to great beaches, it's quiet and just far enough from the hustle and bustle of Papeete. We'll definitely go back again!」

「Very clean well equipped studio, very comfortable bed and great pillows. Good location with supply stores within easy stroll.At one point we had no hot water , contacted owner who immediately remedied the situation. Would definitely recommend 👍😁」

「Rachel and Bob, caretakers and cleaner are great, friendly and do an awesome job. Noises from other units till 3am is not acceptable even after this was addressed with the manager. The toilets and washing machine need immediate attention and mantinence. This was also addressed with management with not a positive outcome. Smelly toilet leaking on the floor and a towel was wrapped around the base of it. Not ideal」

「very spacious ground floor unit, situated on main road around island, opposite Moana Sands Muri. Bus stop right out front of unit. John owner a very respectful & help full person. night markets, a number of restaurants all in walking distance.」

「Best location, clean unit. Easily accessible to the downtown & taxi. Owner was very helpful. We had booked One Bedroom appartment, but considering our old age & my hip replacement surgery, she gave us ground floor unit for the same price. We would recommend everyone to go for Fox Homestay appartment. We will come back to the same place again. 」

「we liked the privacy while we were close to one of the resorts which allowed outsiders to use the facilities.there was nothing we did not like,we had a great time.」

「We had friends on a boat and it was an easy walk to join them for day trips on their boat. Pretty well stocked market next to marina and big Carrefour market about 10 minute walk away for anything else. AC was nice to sleep in! Clean and bright with a nice view of Moorea!」

「This little studio is a gem! The owners have managed to sqeeze in every little convenience and comfort. More amenities than any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It felt like a haven after returning from a day out. Would definitely stay again」

「キッチン(ナイフ、グラス、食器等も十分に備わっています)、電子レンジ、洗濯機、乾燥機、洗剤等が部屋に備わっており、便利でした。近くにレストランや朝早くから営業しているスーパーやパン屋さんがあるのも便利でした。また離島へのフェリー乗り場もすぐ近くで、立地は最高でした。ただ、清潔感は今ひとつでした。」

「Since it's an apartment-style hotel, the room has a kitchen (+tools) and washing machine and so on and very neat. Maybe due to the lockdown, the housekeeping service was not provided during 4 day's stay... Food court has opened, so it became more convenient.」
