「Great location with lots of eatery around. Friendly staff provide a lot of help during our stay. Spacious and clean in the unit. Bed very comfortable and clean especially we have sensitive nose. Definitely my first choice when I come to Penang. Very recommend.」

「We had a lovely time at Lilian’s place following a week stay in Georgetown. Straits Quay has a quieter feel with plenty of restaurants and walkable area next to the sea. It’s further away from the central activities but not a problem to get a grab for transport. There is a convenient grocery located immediately outside the condo residence. We could also walk easily to Lotus. Lilian was very accommodating to our check in and informative about the surrounding areas. Great time.」

「the places' location is great, the view from our 2-room apartment to the sea is stunning. While I kind of liked the setup of the Apartment some proper and professional renovation would do a lot of good, and overall cleaning would help. The major problem was that there were plenty of creepy crawlers and my daughter got bitten or whatever on the arm that we had to see a specialist at a hospital. We got informed this been a so-called "Charly Ant" and now, 10 Days after our daughter still has...

「Host is nice. However place is just barely average. TV box nor the digital tv is working. So the TV is entirely not able to operate at all. 」

「Relative convenient. Very busy lobby with only security guard. No safe deposit box. Limited power outlet that makes ironing and use of hair dryer a challenge. Very inconvenient for light switch selection. No bedside light. No light switch by the bed to control other lights. Overall I am disappointed」

「There are call girls going up to the rooms! Not shocking when there are many tourists staying there, never stay again, the room are dirty , bathroom are dirty , kitchen is not fully equipped, can’t find coffee spoon , no knifes only 5 sets of fork and spoon , old dirty cup and plates , mattress is old and sagging 」

「You would be lucky if you can even check in. There is no front desk and the property management do not pick up calls or respond to text or messages. They do not even email or send you any details. Book at your own risk! And have a contingency plan if you are not able to check in.」
