「We needed a pet friendly base to explore Prescott. Nice fenced patio area. Well stocked kitchen, clean, with comfy bed. Quiet neighborhood downtown with walking distance to pet friendly restaurants and courthouse square. Only complaint is the “Victorian theme” and small space did not have reasonable and comfortable seating for reading and TV watching. Could use a chair upgrade.」

「Owners did a great job with the remodeling. Back yard is really cool. Amenities are well provided. Plenty of eateries near as is a nice park for walking the dogs. All you need to bring is your toothbrush.」

「Very well equipped and comfortable!! Indoors is very quiet and pleasant. Is located on a busy street so the patio area had a lot of traffic noise, however they do have a lovely sitting and hammock area further away from the street which was very pleasant.」

「The property is beautiful. The listing is misleading, as it shows upstairs terrace and a kitchen area which I assume are in the other apartment on the property. The hot tub is fantastic, as well as the yard. The view from the bedroom is breathtaking. The location is close to trailheads (walking distance). The kitchen is poorly equipped: two coffee cups, no silverware, and no plates. There is no way to cook except for a microwave. There is a fridge and a keurig with coffee supplies.」

「The cottage was very nice. Showers are very touchy. Also the upstairs bathroom has very slippery floor, need a mat that has a rubber backing. Being a senior, I almost fell due to the floor. Also the pillow that was on the sofa was very dirty and I was afraid to even touch it. Overall, a very nice place to stay. Wanda and Bill Remm」

「Samuel and Silvinia are wonderful people. The cottage reminds me more of an in-law suite, and it has practically everything you need. It was a great place to chill and read. It was also nice to come back to a bed that we could pass out in from a long day of being a tourist. 100% would recommend anyone looking for a place to stay outside of Sedona.」

「Property was nice and in a good location and looks like pictures. It was nice to have a place to relax in at the end of the day and the outside patio was nice for relaxing/hanging out in. Nice and private. It was clean just a few things showed it hadn't been "tidied" up before arrival. I would recommend staying here.」

「キッチンに家庭用冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、コーヒーメーカー、テーブルウェア等が揃えられ、部屋の中で食事をするのに便利でした。お風呂は広めのジャグジー付きで5歳と3歳の娘たちと一緒に入れ、子供たちは泡に大喜びしていました。 ただ、床が石のような素材で、早朝お隣の部屋からヒールの足音がカツカツ響いてきて目が覚めました。 」

「セドナの中心部からは少し離れているものの、コストパフォーマンスを考えると非常におすすめ。コンパクトなコンド形式でゆっくりくつろぐことが出来た。レンタカーがあればセドナ中心部で宿泊する必要なし。」
