「I just returned back Memorial Day. Very nice property & smelled very nice all through out property even elevator was clean. I had my own parking spot that came included and property is great location. Wynwood area has lots to offer. My only complaint would be the water pressure in the shower and a tight squeeze entering ramp. Overall it gave an upscale vibe. Beautiful patio and would definitely return highly recommend.」

「Check in would have been seamless except the building number provided was wrong. Luckily my DIL lives there and helped get us to the right place. To be fair I did not reach out to the property management for assistance. The apartment was very clean and instructions for the stay were very clear. There were no wash rags in the apartment if you use those to bathe. We stayed 3 nights and the last two nights there was a lot of noise from a large group staying near the property. 「We were expecting an efficiency room. When we walked in, it was a one and half bath, one bedroom apartment. The full kitchen with blender, toaster and all the utensils was absolutely wonderful.
