「Tool my mom on a vacation for mothers day and the 5 nights we stayed was outstanding. The staff was just so friendly all the time. We had the rooms with the butler service and they just made it so easy to do everything and anything. There was always something to do and eat. Nights were cool as they had things to each night. There were also different things to do just about each hour of the day. The gym got a lot of my attention and then we'd find things to do around. 」

「I usually enjoy my stay at Bahia but this trip I was disappointed . I went with my mom and my sons. One day we leave the hotel to visit family and my son forgot his wallet in his room. When we returned to the hotel the son got alert from his bank that fraudulent charges were made on his card. One of the hotel staff apparently stole my son’s card information and used it . He reported it security, they have him wrote a statement and told him to report it to the local police department . They also...

「The staff was amazing, very positive and helpful. Always wanting to make sure that you're having a great stay. If there's anything you're needed it's attended to. We had a great time as a family and no problems or concerns whatsoever. It's a beautiful property and the beach area is perfect. Lots of good food options and snack options, even a beach grill during the day. We will be back 」

「The included activities, dining and drinking options and quality, as well as free shuttles to area excursions are incredible. The resort staff make you feel welcome and encourage guests to participate in everything you can squeeze into your time at the resort. 「The Grand Lido was nice. Pool has missing tiles that need replacing. Patio screen is too loose. Room service was the worst! Order never right. Order never confirmed as they were overwhelmed. Food takes too long too receive. More food options are needed for room service and restaurants. NO MORE INSTANT POTATOES!! Bartenders are not great at making drinks. They need training bad! 「I enjoyed my stay at this appartment. The room was very clean and the view of the ocean from the balcony is breath taking. Shower had great flow and the wifi worked perfect. I only use the A/C twice durning my 7 day stay as the room stayed cool. The best part is the location to everything. Starbucks is just accross the street and resturants and grocery are just few min walk. I would definitley book another stay.」
