「Enjoyed our stay very much. Stayed in the two bedroom coral suite at the reef. Everything was fantastic except for when departing for our excursion and being stripped of our towels. Maybe come up with a system to track towels leaving the property or at least give some forewarning. I was tempted to leave a negative review but the entirety of the stay made up for this one inconvenience.」

「can not check-in until around 5PM. Water was stopped for about 3 hours at night. Even after fixed, dirty water came for a long time, we could not use shower at that night. Restaurant in hotel did not open at lunch time.」

「I found the accommodations to be beautiful. The room we stayed in had a full kitchen and dining area, as well as, a living room. The staff was accommodating and very friendly. We enjoyed the live music on the property. The shuttle service made it easy to get around. 」

「They should provide dishwasher soap. White socks got dirty after walking across floor/carpet. Housekeeping was very responsive to our requests - extra blankets, maintenance request. Shuttles to take you around Atlantis park work well」

「Place is as exactly as described with full access to water park. Atlantis is almost too big , we’re certain that there are large parts we never saw. Nice vacation.」

「We wanted a larger family room and this was that. But the property itself needed a lot of upkeep and tlc. Broken tiles mildew I’m shower Feels like a different world than the rest of Atlantis. And such a far walk to get anywhere. The gym in harborside was so small and filthy and rusting. Wouldn’t stay at this property again.」

「Lovely resort, people are very friendly. Only limitation is that there are not many dining options on site. If you go off-site to other resorts you need to book the reservations well in advance. Also the food is very expensive. 」

「Rooms are nicely appointed, comfortable and clean with decent furnishings. Less than 10 min drive to the airport and right across from the beach with unobstructed sunset views.
