「Really good location, it was a nice 1 week stay in Venice beach. Just 1 min. walk to the beach! Our party was 6 ppl including kids. I felt the capacity was not enough for 6 ... maybe for 4 adults. If there was a cleaning and linen service for long stay guests, that would be perfect. 」

「This place is perfect - renovated, pristinely clean, comfortable, beautiful location. I recommend staying here to anyone. It is laid out nicely and worked well for us. Of course the reason to stay here is the beach, which is incredibly private and gorgeous. This location has a lot of deep beachfront, which properties further south of the pier on PCH do not have. I also love the location on Malibu Road for quiet and safety - again, it is not on PCH with cars zinging by. Highly recommend this...

「This condo is not in Topanga. The location is wrong. It's in central LA. As pointed out in other reviews, finding the unit was a bit challenging. The unit is spacious and you don't hear the city noises. Overall the unit was clean but you see visible stains around bathroom door handle. The couch could use a cleanup. We liked the location. There is no toaster, no water kettle or a coffee maker in this unit.」

「We had a great time. The condo is beautiful and the area is great. The only downfall was the pool is being renovated so we didn’get to enjoy it. Once it is done it will be a perfect spot for a vacation! We saw dolphins as we sat on the patio and loved listening to the waves at night! If we are ever back in the Malibu area we would definitely stay here again!」

「I went to see friends in the area. I was happy with my stay, however, there is some up keep needed such as the windows not all locked or were needing to ne replaced. I felt safe so that wasn't a concern. Getting to the water wasn't easy-going. A better pathway diwn would be nice. I use to live in the area so my review reflects being not just a guest but a former local.」
