「I was looking be for around beverly hills . It was a relatively cheap hotel in the area. So I didn't have high expectations, but it was very nice and clean. If I go to LA again I would like to stay here again.」

「Really good location, it was a nice 1 week stay in Venice beach. Just 1 min. walk to the beach! Our party was 6 ppl including kids. I felt the capacity was not enough for 6 ... maybe for 4 adults. If there was a cleaning and linen service for long stay guests, that would be perfect. 」

「Great check in process with a door code. Easy communication with owner thru app. Clear directions throughout house. Adorable and well kept condoplex community in Culver City. About 20 minute walk to the heart of downtown/Main Street culver. 15-20 mins by car to Santa Monica, 30 mins to Hollywood. Home has everything you’ll need, including great shower products. Would book again! Only recommendation (if any) would be for an upgrade to the sheets.」

「The property is conveniently located near plenty of restaurant options on a quiet street, but the unit is not well maintained. We found two dead roaches in the apartment. Their is signifucsnt water damage in the bedroom, the bathroom ceiling has mold, the shelves are falling off the wall, and there is a hole in the ceiling where the bathroom fan/vent should be. The door to the laundry room also doesnt seem secure. There is a glass door connecting to outisde and the interior door doesnt lock....

「Easy check in. Great location for all things Santa Monica: shops, restaurants & beach. Everything within walking distance. Awesome & secure parking underneath. It’s an older apartment, but both bathrooms have been renovated. The kitchen appliances are new as well. And it was very clean. It was unseasonably cold when we arrived, so the provide space heater was much appreciated for the 1st floor bedroom. Upstairs was perfectly warm on its own. 「This place is perfect - renovated, pristinely clean, comfortable, beautiful location. I recommend staying here to anyone. It is laid out nicely and worked well for us. Of course the reason to stay here is the beach, which is incredibly private and gorgeous. This location has a lot of deep beachfront, which properties further south of the pier on PCH do not have. I also love the location on Malibu Road for quiet and safety - again, it is not on PCH with cars zinging by. Highly recommend this...
