マドリードのアパート

「I stayed three nights. The location is really good. Very convenient for sightseeing and shopping. You can find good restaurants and bars. The area was a gay oriented or firendly palce. Found big guys in a gay fashion. But this apartment was a bit difficult to find the entrance. You need to contact with the staff prior to your arrival. They will give you a key and guide the entrance. But the staff was also friendly. Enjoyed the stay here.」

「ホテルではなく民泊です。 鍵の受け渡し方法など心配でしたが、すべてメール（英語・スペイン語）で来るので大きな問題はありませんでした。若干大胆にならなければなりませんが…。 施設はきれいでした。 中庭にカフェ？があり音が気になる方にはお勧めできないかもしれません。夜の11時には閉店となり静かにはなりました。」

「地下鉄Bilbao駅から徒歩2分の便利な場所にあります。近くにレストランやお店が多数あります。お部屋は広く、清潔で快適です。テレビではYoutubeも見られました。キッチンには洗濯乾燥機や食洗機があります。洗剤もついていました。清掃は１週間の滞在中、1度もありませんでしたが、暮らすようにリラックスして過ごせました。 」

「The place was fantastic - HUGE and right in the middle of old town on the Grand Via. Everything we wanted to see was in walking distance. The space was clean, comfortable and with two bathrooms, perfect for 3/4 people, although we were only 2. Christian was an amazing host meeting us there and giving us lots of insider tips on restaurants and sights. I would definitely stay there again!」

「We loved staying at Nerea’s place! It’s in a great location with a metro stop around the corner and great eateries. The place is clean and had everything we needed. Having 2 bathrooms was also a bonus since there were 4 of us. Thanks for a wonderful experience!」

「Gran experiencia. Precio calidad muy bueno. Realidad tal cual imágenes del anuncio. Juan, Alba y Luna super atentos y respetuosos. Barrio muy tranquilo, a 4 calles del metro y a unos 15min del centro. Todo tipo de tiendas en proximidades. Ver el atardecer desde el mirador tío pío a 10min a pie del apartamento fue buenísimo. Muy recomendable todo」

「Juan and Bea started communicating with right away and were patient with us as we struggled through uploading our documents. They continued to communicate with us during our whole time while in Madrid. They were extremely helpful. The lace is very clean and in a great location. You are walking distance to many stores, bars, and places to eat. The bus line and the Hop on Hop Off buses all have a stop right down the street with stops to the Sofia Museum, the Prado, and downtown Madrid. The place...

「Beautiful VRBO, within walking distance to everything. Quiet little neighborhood, adorable coffee shop across the street, 3 bathrooms which makes it nice. Cozy little living area perfect to chill out after a long day. Elevator which makes easy to transport luggage. Soft and calm decor throughout the property. Washing machine made it handy to do a load of laundry. A little construction across the street but not a nuisance at all. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.」

「Located in central Madrid, 5 mins walk to Gran Via and public transport. If you like the little streets and laneways of the city, then you'll love where this property is located. Plenty of cafe's and bars in the roads around this property. Within walking distance to most of the main attractions Madrid has to offer (Royal Palace, Almudena Cathedral, Plaza Mayor, San Miguel market etc). So, Location wise 5 stars! Relatively smaller property, may be that's how the average houses in Madrid are -...

「Mala comunicación con el huésped que no responde el mail, nos manda un correo con condiciones particulares que no aparecen en la web. Nos obligan a pagarles 20€ en mano por llegar al check-in después de las 12 de la noche. Vrbo nos dieron la razón por teléfono pero no nos solucionaron el problema. El apartamento es justito, la cama y el sofá cama son incómodos, es poco espacioso. La situación está bien, El parque Madrid río está al lado para los niños y hay una boca de metro muy cerca.」
