"First time staying with as a family of 3 with a young toddler. Half board included breakfast and dinner which was different for the 2 nights we stayed. Great rooms, clean and spacious. Hotel exterior was also very peaceful and nice. Staff were very friendly and spoke good English. Superb service. Will be back again!"

"Great value. Beautiful facility. Good service. Buffet dinner and breakfast were especially enjoyable. Variety of onsens on site. They even have a rooftop telescope for stargazing. Only con was the Japanese rooms do not have any shower or tub. Nowhere to take a shower in your room. You must go to the onsen and be naked in front of others to bathe. I'm not sure where one would go if they were uncomfortable with that. "

"We stayed at the Japanese style house and it was amazing! It was huge and perfect for a family. It also has private indoor and outdoor onsen included in the accommodation just for us. The meals included were great as well, we had teppanyaki for dinner and Japanese breakfast. The accommodation is also close to the Hell's onsen attraction which is just minutes walk away so it's perfect for my parents.
