「Great location! We had 1st floor 1 bedroom with walkout to street. So convenient. Thought it would be loud being street level, but was never an issue. Would definitely book there again. 」

「Our Charlotte VRBO stay was pleasant. Great communication with the property manager. Our unit was switched , which was great to have a comfortable king size bed. The unit was well equipped. Perfect for traveling business individuals in the area.」

「Had to ask multiple times for the check in information. Finally told the information would be sent an hour before check in time. You will receive the address but not the code to enter the apartment until an hour before check in time. This is not an issue except the host kept saying he would send it shortly. Only one TV for a four bedroom and you need to have you own steaming service to watch live TV. Hallway smells as the garbage is left in a room close to the apartment and not put in the garage...

「What a wonderful home away from home! Our room was just perfect. Nicely designed, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. We enjoyed a bottle of wine sitting on the dock while taking in the beauty of the lake. Nicole was extremely welcoming when we arrived & very sweet. We even got to meet the furbabies who greeted us with wagging tails & doggie smiles. We will definitely be staying again in the future. If 10 stars were an option we would rate this rental as a 10!」

「Beyond our expectations. Great place, close to everything, literally across the street to family that live in Charlotte. Host was great explaining entire process and providing “to do” information. Will definitely stay again and recommend to anyone staying in Downtown Charlotte.」

「The rooms were super clean and tidy not to mention insanely comfortable. I highly recommend booking with this host they had great response time and were overall helpful. They provide step by step videos/pictures of how to use the parking garage and how to use the key for the apartment just make sure to click the link and you'll be shown a tutorial. Overall well worth the money.」

「Beautiful apartment, close to downtown, golf, and hiking trails」

「ベッドは広く、部屋は清潔で快適だった。 廊下の声は響きやすく、外で誰か話してるとうるさく感じる時がある。 おそらくコロナの為に、朝食は一人ずつ小分けでフロントで渡されるが、スナック２つだけなので少し寂しかった。 ホテルの近くにはスーパーがあり、車があれば様々なモールやレストランが近く、立地はとても良い」

「I only gave 4 stars because our room had a terrible odor in it. Everything else was wonderful. Easy to check in the directions for the room were simple. The room was really clean and stocked with everything I would need . Just a strange odor.」
