「We arrived on a Sunday and the room was so filthy we had to buy Lysol disinfectant and wipe everything down. It was disgusting the dirt we removed from the shelves and furniture. The air conditioning was not working and I called immediately to get it fixed or to be moved to a room with air conditioning. The person said they would notify management about the problem and would call me the following morning. No one returned my call or showed up to fix the air conditioner on Monday morning. At...

「Pool was lovely Rooms were filthy, clothes from the last person or maybe person before, were between wall and dresser, floors were unswept.」

「The grounds are unkept and filthy. Garbage and dog poop everywhere. Cigarette butts on the ground inside the apartment complex. Strong smell of mildew and warm, stagnant air. Two dirty needles on the ground next to my car in the parking lot. To call this place “immaculate” is absurd. Loud music all night, none of the security gates actually latched so anybody was free to roam through the complex. Pool and hot tub were unkept as well. The room itself had the overwhelming smell of bleach. It...

「The reservation process was overly difficult for me. The unit is perfect for access to parking and nice pool. The kitchen area has minimal dishes,silverware and utensils...a toaster would be nice. It was a bit noisy at times from hall doors and the apartment above. There are lots of stores and restaurants nearby.」

「Wonderful stay! Clean and comfortable. The directions from the agency were not easily clear, but the host was incredibly gracious and friendly! Glad they were home to let us in. The actual address is 300 1/2 not 300! We will happily stay here again!!」

「Door code was disabled before we could get all our stuff out. Had to go to the front off to get the code extended. Luckily there was someone there. No oven in the apartment made it difficult to cook. Thank you」

「Noisy Garbage Pickup almost every night between 3:30 and 4:00 am, doors banging and stomping in unit above every night. Sofa bed pullout had such a poor mattress it was un-useable. Maintenance replaced at our request, but had no other sofas, we got a tiny futon which my 9 year old was barely able to sleep on. Manager didn't have record of our reservation or overlooked it, I had to call a few hours before our checkin to get checkin instructions.」

「I got sick and couldn't breathe I believe their might have been mold there as I am very sensitive to it having been exposed previously. Unfortunately we had to leave the property. We asked for a refund but never heard back from the property manager. We were originally scheduled for a different apartment but that room was filthy so they moved us. We won't be staying there again」

「The stay was not that great. The water pressure was terrible, there were roaches (which I can't stand!) and while I was doing laundry the electronic door lock messed up and I couldn't get into the room for an hour with all of my belongings inside.」
