「Everything was perfect, well equipped, clean and comfy, nice features, easy parking and access to other services and places downtown! I’ll wish to go back!」

「We can't control temperature by AC. And we have no hot water. We need to contact the office.」

「Perfect location and a great overall property. You have to follow the entry instructions carefully (they have pictures and tons of detail). Paring description was only area of confusion but we did figure it out quickly. Great communication. 」

「Loved the amenities associated with this property and the surrounding area. Thought there was room for improvement on the communication prior to arrival and once on property like WiFi password, keypad code entry, basically how to access things. 」

「The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed it was so cute! The stairs getting up were really scary though. My only complaint was the bed. the mattress was horrible! they need to replace it. other than that, I would give it a 5 star review.」

「Nothing with the owner. The construntion of the building is very thin and if you are trying to sleep in after a long drive. You feel that the all the cleaning, walking and talking is in your unit. The property is great. Well located. The renters are awesome. 」

「The property worked out well for us. It had a comfy feeling. It had the basics that we needed but would have been nice to have a little more essentials, laundry soap, blow dryer, and extra blankets. The first bedroom did not have heat going into it. Could be because the hall vent is dusty? I did unplug one bedroom light as it was flickering when off and I worried about a fire hazard. Also, a little map to find the apartment would be perfect. 」

「The property is as described, clean and great. I really enjoyed my stay. I like that the unit allows so much natural light in, and if you don’t want the natural light, there are different levels of shades by the windows. Great place to be.」

「First off, the location of my stay was incredible! Walking distance to shopping outlets, fast food, and even restaurants which was an amazing! From the booking, to checking in, and checking out, it was all a breeze, communication between the host and I was consistent, and no delay if there was any problems. Cleanliness of the property was decent, just normal wear and tear that you could except.」

「Great location with easy parking and access. Peaceful and quiet, deck with a nice view and privacy is unmatched. Everything you need in the kitchen and plenty of room. This was a great place to stay and we will be back. Owner was easily accessed and came to our aid when we fumbled up the electronic lock. Looking forward to our next stay.」

「The property was nice, clean and close to downtown. I would say the negatives would be that it is located in a flight zone. We could hear the airplanes constantly, construction all around at this time. Noise from construction starts at 7. I wish there was a television in the bedrooms. The bed was very comfortable and Vince was very helpful when the internet wasn’t working.」

「The loft was nice, pictures are accurate. Over all its a great value and walkable to old towne. The property managers answered all questions very quickly and were quite accommodating. I will say the rental itself is tired and needs some care. The ceiling tiles are warped and falling out, walls are scratched and dinged badly in lots of spots. The sinks do not drain properly. That being said i would 100% stay here again its a great value!」

「The Good. It was clean, convenient to town, and their son was very generous by charging our Tesla. The bad was a very worn mattress that needed to be replaced. There was no table lamp in the livingroom and no table to have a meal although there were tv trays. The shower in the bathroom was not sufficient. It was attached to a non functioning soaking tub.」

「Great place to stay at the Grand Canyon. Gym sucked but hot tub was awesome! Nice to be off the Main Street - this is a small apartment back off the Main Street.」
