「We know the Estancia property well and really enjoyed staying at this Estancia unit in Cabo. Location is a corner unit on the ground level with comfortable beds, updated furniture and all the cookware essentials. We prefer Estancia (ownership) over the Villa Del Palmar (timeshare) because the amenities, rooms, service are a level above. And the pool is noticeably warmer at Estancia than over at Villa Del Palmar...a huge plus! Check-in was extremely easy and took around 5 minutes. Our kids loved...

「We arrived very late due to delays by WestJet and the Mexican airport and shuttle. However Jose ( the caretaker) was great to let us in even though it was after checkin time. So we were very appreciative of him. A family of 6 tired from a 10 hour travel day we’re thankful for Jose. The property is a bit noisy due to the proximity to entertainment district but otherwise it was fine for what we needed. Close to everything . Thank you Jose !」

「View from the rooftop is absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, the roof is closed/ locked until 8am, so you can’t go up there in the morning to watch the sunrise over the sea (part of the reason for booking this place). Building is still under construction, as well as several nearby buildings. So expect to hear pounding throughout the day. Gym is basic but sufficient - a couple treadmills, a couple bikes, and a rack of dumbbells. Garage is tight! If you have anything larger than a VW Jetta, don’t...

「Hello! We just stayed with you this weekend and I wanted to share about my experience. The resort and unit were beautiful. The food at the restaurant was great. However, our experience with the towel service policy and how it was handled basically ruined the visit. Within an hour of checking in, one of our hotel pool towels was stolen while we were swimming with our kids. Apparently this is somewhat common so that people don't have to pay the $25 fee. We reported it to multiple people but no one...

「Place was not the cleanest but it paid of with the nice view. The property asks for a picture of your identification which I found odd since it’s all booked through hotels.com. Once I arrived I had to wait for the property manager to send me the information on which apartment and send me the other information I needed to get in. 」
