「The St Ives is a really family friendly hotel. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The kids entertainment was very good. If I had one critique it would be that the £9 charge for a kids meal is quite expensive for a two year old. Maybe under 5’s should eat for less? It didn’t spoil our break though. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel. 」

「Walking into Barton manor we were met by a delightful fragrance that immediately set the tone for our stay. The lady on reception greeted us cheerily and directed us to our room. 「Another amazing stay at The Spa Hotel, Ribby Hall. This was our third and probably best visit of all. The spa wasn’t overly busy, and the rain stayed away long enough to really enjoy the outdoor jacuzzis and enjoy a nice cold beer. We stayed on the Aqua Thermal Journey overnight stay with dinner allowance. The food was delicious as you’d expect from a high standard hotel. 「We have stayed many times at this hotel and it has always been pleasant, very clean and cannot fault the staff, apart from one young man serving on the bar on Saturday night whom I asked for a Long Island ice tea, he said no the hot drinks machine is broke ? I said it’s a cocktail? And he replied abruptly I know but we’re not doing them ?apart from that it was lovely. 」

「Stayed 4 nights bed very comfy, staff really friendly, could have been a touch cleaner ( attention to detail) dust on kettle unit, old radiator in bathroom dust in-between vanes. Old property with no lift but would stay again no problem, grounds amazing. 」

「部屋のコップは毎日交換しているわけではなさそう。自分で適当に洗って置いておいたりすると、そのままひっくり返しておいてあるだけだったりします。油断禁物。駐車場がいつも空いていて無料なのが一番ポイント高い。エアコン冷蔵庫なし。ただしエアコンに関しては真夏以外は大丈夫。フロントのビールは部屋への持ち込みOKでした。」
