The pool areas were good. The staff were welcoming and helpful, unfortunately except for one staff member. There was a variety of food however the hot food was either luke warm or cold.

The staff made this stay excellent - especially Santiago who checked us in and was happy to recommend local eateries for us upon request. Park Heights by the Warren Collection
Very noisy, traffic, gym above room with loud music £ “scrapping” of furniture from 7am. Location a little out of the way with few nearby bars/restaurants.
