Amazing location. Incredible staff. I've stayed there before and even with 2 elevators, things can be slow given the number of guests and staff that use it. Now there is just 1 elevator so expect long delays or enjoy using the stairs for exercise. Otherwise I look forward to staying there again when I visit in August

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. Breakfast each morning was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. I also enjoyed using the spa facilities, which were clean and relaxing. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and worry-free stay.

Incredibly loud music (we could feel it in the floor four stories up) in the restaurant/bar ceased at 11 PM. Reports of broken items (non-working fridge, part of dual flush system of toilet not working) were supposedly passed on to maintenance, but in the ten days we stayed after reporting the issues nothing was done about them. We saved the other items (leaking coffee maker reservoir, shower door seal leaking resulting in wet bathroom floor, noisy "auto" setting of airco system) for when we left (having lost confidence anything would be done about it). Staff was friendly and helpful (bucket of ice we used to keep the fridge interior cool were delivered promptly when requested). Interesting to see that guests are asked to separate waste, but then the waste was collected in a single bin by cleaning staff. Not quite as "green" as advertised. We're all in favor of "green" cleaning supplies but the whole hotel smelled of vinegar (to us), as if that was te main ingredient (only?). We found it rather unpleasant.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel! Breakfast was delicious and the hotel is few minutes from two very good Indian restaurants!

Everything was amazing

Great hotel with clean comfortable rooms and very helpful front-desk staff. We arrived early and they were kind enough to find us a room within an hour, even though we then went out immediately to explore the area. The hotel is a 20 minute walk from a great department store (El Corte Inglés Lisboa) with a supermarket in the basement and a food court on an upper floor. We didn’t book breakfast at the hotel because we have too many food allergies, and it’s easier for us to find specialist GF restaurants in town. The hotel’s outdoor pool area was well-equipped with comfortable beds and towels, but there aren’t enough beds for everybody so it fills up after lunch. We would certainly consider staying here again. Ubers are plentiful to get around town.

Definitely not a 5 star. In Europe stars are given like candy. A nice place to stay next to the airport, good food, rooms are super small. But a great 4 star experience. Nice spa experience.

The hotel spa was absolutely wonderful. Also enjoyed a body scrub treatment that was heavenly. Hotel is centrally located and staff are friendly and professional. Would definitely stay here again.

excellent location. Very helpful and nice staff. Amazing breakfast. Large, clean room with comfortable shower. I would definitely recommend this hotel to stay at a good value as well.

The staff cleaning the rooms are not up to par , They remove towels but don’t replace , tissues and paper not replaced , box s of hotel amenities empty(repair kit, shoe polish cloth). Same bed shears , and they were stained and put to be seen , not replaced . A full day to get towels brought to the room. Breakfast was ok and you had choice if you were early , after …The staff was polite .
