Excellent location, nice and friendly staff, clean. Mattress could have been better.

The view was nice, unfortunately street noise was a bit loud

Initial check in was great. Then we found the room had not even been made up. Management acted quickly and found us a new room. Rooms in both suites had a musty odor but freshened up by opening the windows. A few ants greeted us in the bathroom at the sink as well. Overall a good stay.

Room and property are nice. Getting the clearances and codes to use them added an additional 6 hours to my reservation process. Should have stayed at a hotel instead.

The location and layout brought the beauty of Sedona right to our window and terrace. the room and amenities were VIP level. The staff is at the highest level of service delivery in hospitality and they accomplish this consistently. We wouldn’t stay at any other property in Sedona.

5 stars for the resort overall. Fantastic location, cool views, nice clean room, well kept grounds, pool and hot tubs were all in good shape. The restaurant is convenient and very good. All of the employees were very pleasant and helpful, most notably Cruz at the front desk. They have different activities scheduled and we took in a stargazing/astronomy talk. We would definitely return. The reason for 4 stars was our experience at the spa. My wife made a reservation for a massage months ago, filled out the preference forms the day before and got a confirmation. When she showed up for the appointment she was told they didn’t have a masseuse available. They did offer to reschedule or do a different treatment but that was the only time we had available (hence the reservation) and she wanted a massage. We went shopping in town instead and made the best of it but it was still very disappointing.
