Dry Creek Valley Ski Vacations

Perfect classy retreat

Hotel needs updating, but the location is excellent

Extremely friendly staff and the hotel is lovely. Completely forgot I was staying next to the airport.

Friendly staff great food on site beautiful rooms walking distance from everything important.

Nice place but the room did smell like armpits.

I am very disappointed with the hotel’s handling of my security deposit. The deposit has still not been returned, and I am currently trying to resolve the issue with the hotel. Unfortunately, I have not received any response for more than 24 hours. What is most frustrating is that I have been trying to resolve this matter for almost a week. The hotel previously confirmed that the $150 deposit had been released from their side, but the money has still not been returned to my account, and now they are no longer responding to my messages. I really hope this is simply a mistake and that the situation will be resolved soon. However, after almost a week of waiting and poor communication, I cannot say that I am satisfied with the service. I expect the hotel to resolve this matter and return my deposit as soon as possible.

En general, fue una experiencia decepcionante y demasiado costosa para lo que ofrece el hotel. Entre los cargos adicionales, la falta de servicios y la pésima actitud del gerente, definitivamente no lo recomendaría.
