Good location with easy transport options. Staff were amazing. They were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Restaurant was very good with buffet style breakfast and dinner with something for everyone. It was good to have a gym and swimming pool. Nothing I didn’t like.

We had a wonderful family stay at Holiday Inn Golden Mile. Traveling with two children, we really appreciated how child-friendly the hotel was—they provided a cot, and the room had a bathtub which was perfect for our little ones. The room was cosy and clean, and the staff were genuinely warm and helpful throughout our visit.
The location is ideal: close to public transport and surrounded by great tourist spots, which made getting around super easy. Everything felt safe and convenient, and we loved the overall vibe of the hotel. Would definitely stay again!

Staff were great, they will greet you as soon as you get off your car/taxi and bring your luggage to your room. They also surprised me with a birthday note and cake which was really appreciated. We booked the deluxe harbour view so the view was amazing day and night. Property/room was very clean, spaceous with nice amenities. A lot of dining and shopping options around. Close to the mtr. They have restaurants on site but we did not get to check them out. We will be back.

I had an amazing stay even through a typhoon. Room was clean, staff were pleasant, the views were amazing, the shopping directly below made me broke. I can’t wait to visit K11 Artus again.
