What a FABULOUS gem of a hotel !!! I almost don’t want to write a good review because I want to keep it all to myself. Incredible staff, super clean, and simply incredible design. A rare example of the hotel being actually better than the pictures. Bravo.

Good location great staff.

great location, had a really good sleep during my stay. towels were super big and thick - totally up my alley. pillows could be harder and more dense - it was a little too soft for me. mini bar is a drawer type rather than the conventional door type which in my opinion would have been a lot more flexible. The space for the WC was very tight which made it not so comfortable to use.

Great hotel and great location, clean and helpful stuff. Early check in and late check out which is a plus. Buffet is very expensive though even w guest discount

Overall, I had an outstanding experience. Memorable positive include the Assistant Chief Concierge, Steven Hon, was extremely helpful and responsive to our needs, from recommending a great hike on Dragon back to a local sushi restaurant and ordering taxis and helping with our luggage. He exemplified honest engagement with the customer and caring. The hotel is a bit dated physically but has great views and a warm ambience. Additional strengths are the location and great view of the harbor. Excellent massage in the spa and tasting menu at the French restaurant.

This is a fantastic hotel. It is well situated and the rooms are modern and luxurious. Beds are very comfortable and the entire place had a great vibe. Highly recommend!

The location is the best, very convenient for both shopping and sight seeing. Room was clean and quiet. Free wifi is perfect, I need my ipad for entertainment. Will highly recommand this hotel for someone who travels in Hong kong.

It is on the halfway of a slope, not an easy road to go up. The hotel itself don't have any connection tool and only have one public bus can get to the hotel. And nothing is really around the hotel. Other then the inconvenience. The hotel is clean and tidy, staff is nice and well speak in English. And it is close to the peak tram and Botanicial garden. If you can drive a car in HK, I maybe recoment it.

Great location right downtown. Great value for the room. Social area with kitchen. Highly recommend. Great staff!

There is only security guard at night helping with self check-ins, a little inconvenient, but the staffs are very helpful. Rooms are small but have everything you need. Interesting concept to have a communal kitchen and lounge. Laundry facility is definitely a plus. The only downside is, there is renovation going on 3rd floor while we stay, but the hotel didn’t blocked off the unsightly mess.

The mtr is right next to the hotel so its quite convenient to go around. Many good local restaurants are around too.
