Needed updating bad. Staff was great. Paths in resort need to be lighted more to get around. I wanted more action around resort (more people). Buffet was ok other restaurant s were much better but only one open at a time along with buffet every night.

Staff was grade, clean very comfortable room

Everyone made sure we were having a good experience, even made sent special gift for my birthday, I loved how dedicated they are

Resorts Lazy river and Ipenema restaurant were closed

The spa lacked full services for the 2 packages I paid for. My Mom didnt get her foot massage. The staff in the hotel lobby, lounge and entertainment staff were very friendly, easy to approch and positive. Pool bar service was excellent. There was an incident at the Steak house between my dinner orders and the couple next to me. The server came out with the wrong orders and insisted that was ordered when he made a mistake both tables tried to correct him instead he has a fit became angry and didnt apologise. That behaviour in hospitality is unacceptable especially when we knew what we ordered to eat. It would be helpful if more staff knew English. Especially for a resort that hosts many visitors from around the world. Over all it was a nice experience. Thank you.

The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained. We went during low season which was perfect for us because it was quiet. The only downside was that they were doing maintenance of the kids water parks. The food options were great and the staff were incredible. We would definitely return!
