The cottage was wonderful. Stocked with everything you need just bring your food, drink and toilet paper! The cottage we stayed at was a perfect location just 5 minute walk to the amazing pool complex. The resort is great. Planning on going back soon.

The staff was amazing. They could not have been more helpful, professional and kind. My sleeping room could use a little updating but otherwise the food, amenities and pool were wonderful.

The apartment is big and it was clean. I appreciated the constant communication with the landlord. They made everything easier. I definitely recommend this place, since is close to most touristy places.

Amazing hotel! Very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. You can tell that the staff truly care about their guests and work hard to make everyone feel welcome. The entire team was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The breakfast was surprisingly diverse with plenty of options to choose from each morning. Everything was fresh and well organized. The location is great, the rooms are spotless, and the value for the price is outstanding. It’s not easy to find such a combination of quality, cleanliness, service, and affordability. I highly recommend Galleria Palms Hotel and would definitely stay here again!
