South Island Ski Vacations

Fantastic place. We had a 2 bedroom apartment with living room (2 sofas) and full kitchen. Washing machine and a drier. A patio with chairs and table, big bathroom, great shower, heated towel rail. Views from main bedroom and living room to the mountains and lake. Netflix on the large TV. This was a perfect stop off on a long road trip of the South Island. Wish we’d had more than just 2 nights here. Can’t believe what great value this was. We had a ground floor room so you do get a little noise from above (didn’t affect us) but you can request a 2nd floor apartment. I’d definitely recommend it, so much space and everything looked new. Great staff too. Wanaka is a nice little town. Eat at Big Fig for super fresh cooked food.

Rooms are tired and definitely need a cosmetic lift. Large coffee stain in floor in our room plus walls are all marked. Just over all very tired looking. Didn’t feel it was any value for the price we paid and the reputation of Ramada

Great room with wonderful view of the lake. Roomy accommodations and very helpful staff. Centrally located to lake front.

Great place to stay - we went with our 2 year old which can always be challenging but the staff were all so friendly and accomodating. We had a suite which was really spacious and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend
