Tourist Corridor Ski Vacations

We had a nice stay. I requested a king bed, but we were given two beds. Nobody at the pool followed the rules. All sun loungers were taken by 7am and the towel area did not open until 8am. Only one day of our 9 day stay did we actually get a lounger. The rest of our stay we sat on a picnic table or the ground. That was not fun.

My stay was ok. The rooms were nice but the balcony could use a little more maintenance. The hot tub on the balcony took a long time for the water to fill up and the sound was extremely loud. Check in was a bit challenging. I showed confirmation to the employee of the amount that I was to pay at the property which was $13.26 but instead I was charged $240MX ($13.84 USD). I really wasn't in the mood to address it due to the employee had charged my credit card then canceled after realizing the mistake she made. I gave her some grace but it doesn't take away that I was will overcharged by 58 cent. Next, I get to my room & didn't realize there were no wash clothes in the bathroom. So the next day, I asked one of the cleaning staff members for some wash clothes, however, that was challenging as well due to the language barrier. It was just alot going on but it worked out having to use my translator on my phone. As far as the drinks, those were really good but I have to pass on the food as it wasn't all that great to me. Also, when attempting to get a blue towel for me to go near the pool, the employee acted as if he didn't want to give me a towel due to the wrist band I had on which was for Alititude. I didn't have no issue the previous day getting a towel and I wasn't aware that I needed to go somewhere else to get a towel. I was very frustrated with that and still received the towel.The beach was nice, the entertainment was good and I liked the swings.
