Booked this place because it was so close to Dragon con. Was so convenient and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Valet parking was great to have. Our only problem was our shower had a leak. Otherwise our room was comfortable and clean.

Absolutely gorgeous and historic hotel. I’ve stayed here multiple times and I love it.

Property is grand and clean. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Huge closest space. But there is no microwave or refridgerator in standard rooms. Also no pool on property. But staff is way above average, helpful and nice. Very convienent location , Directly across street from Fox Theatre. Something I personal[y don't like, which is common to most all hotels, is the dim lighting in rooms. I would love to have at least one light bright enough to sit and read or put makeup on, etc.---

The place was so cool and so many big tourist things in a walkable distance. The AC was crazy loud and there was no fridge in the room which were the only real negatives

The room, snd staff service was excellent. The only thing that needs improvement are the pillows. It was like sleeping on none.

The staff was excellent and welcoming and attended to all my needs. There was no unexpected interruptions from staff. The rooms we ready and spotlessly clean and ready for use. And the restuarant had great food as well. The only thing to note is the internal grocery/convience store is really small and has only select items. Otherwise it was a spectacular experience and would love to return.
