Our stay at The Ultimo was great. Room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and the location is superb.

Clean, great location, easy access to transport links (bus and light rail). Loads of shops and restaurants outside. The room is comfortable.

Initial room was sub standard with mol

Brilliant location. Walking distance to Town Hall Station and supermarkets. Close to the main attractions too. Rooms are a bit outdated but it looks like they will revamp them sometime soon because our bathroom was brand new and modern. We requested a couple of things that were missing in our room mainly in the kitchen, and the front desk was very responsive and attended to our needs promptly. They even replaced our safe that was broken. I would stay with them again but I would check first if the rooms have been renovated. The coffee shop downstairs was great too. Friendly staff and delicious food.

Friendly and helpful staff (we were able to get an early check in too). Fabulous location, close to cruise port and easy walk to downtown.

Room was pretty good but could do with some tlc

Friendly staff at check-in - I was able to drop my heavy backpack hours before checkin began. Clean and beautiful room that still looks new. Great location close to train stations, Aldi and many food options. Only negative was that one of the bar staff was unfriendly and borderline rude. A comment that my friends also made during our catchup in the lobby. This is not what I expect from Ace properties after frequenting them since 2009.
