The staff is amazing. We have stayed multiple times. Always great service and an amazing stay.

Hotel was nice. Pool & beach access was great. My only issue is how high everything is at this resort. Parking is $75 a day & resort fees is $59 a day. Highly recommend stopping and getting water and snacks before you come here to stock up in your room. Everything you buy has a service fee already added in

We found out that they clean the room every 3 days only... I have never seen a 5 stars hotel got this policy!When we called the front desk because our room was not done, this was their explanation.. What about if you spoil your sheets or you have a baby who drop his milk ? You sleep in dirty sheets for 3 days? come on ! This kind of saving is ridiculous when you see some staff members walking around , doing NOTHING... Reduce your staff and increase the cleaning team! your clientele will appreciate very much...

I absolutely loved staying here. Excellent excellent location right by the beach and all the shops. The food was good. Although the Mediterranean restaurant was OK I loved the pool options and dinner at the Jose Andres restaurant. The pool is beautiful. Worth the money!

This was the perfect beach location. The rooms were spacious and clean and the staff were very professional and polite.

Good location, boutique hotel. The bathroom is pretty small and it is hard to put your toothbrushes there. It is an old hotel, so the rooms have vintage feel, which comes with fewer amenities. There is no parking, but the valet is available and decently priced, just make sure that you order your car well ahead, if you need it.

The customer experience was exceptional. The location is superb, offering a prime ocean view. The complimentary amenities were a significant highlight.
