I have been using this hotel for the past 15 years. When I first checked in, I was so impressed by the warm welcome—the staff offered me one of the nicest glasses of orange juice and a cold towel. It was such a lovely touch and left a lasting impression on me. Compared to those days, however, I was very disappointed with my experience this time. When I arrived at the hotel, I had to wait for about 10 minutes before any staff member appeared. I was also told that I would have to pay $150 if I wanted to check in before 2:00 p.m., while housekeeping staff were having lunch in the lounge. In addition, there was no longer a kettle or coffee maker in the room. I mentioned my disappointment to one of the male staff members, and he kindly offered to treat me to a coffee. He certainly didn’t have to do that, but it was a very nice gesture and made me feel a little better. I have always had fond memories of staying at Sirtaj, and I sincerely hope that the warm and attentive service I experienced in the past will come back again.

十分すぎる広さ、そして清潔感、洗濯機と乾燥機もあり生活しやすかったです。 フロントも明るく親切に対応してくれました。 赤ちゃん連れだったので、エレベーター近くの庭に近い部屋を用意してくれたと思います。 ありがとうございます。ぜひ、また滞在したいです。

The hotel is under renovation, so some noise, but the breakfast was great and staff were very helpful. I would revisit maybe after the renovation.

綺麗で広めで良かったです。 5泊で35万くらいでしたが、バスタブが付いていなかったのでバスタブ付きだと一泊10万くらいしちゃうのかな？ 景色は海側でしたが…でした。

劣化を感じました 以前の方がサービスも良く、バランスの取れたホテルでした

This hotel is Super nice and foods are great. We had a great time. Its everything ALMOSTperfect. Just one thing, i found 5 little centipedes in the room. 2 was in bedroom and 3 in the Bathroom.I found that there are tiny tiny hole in the bathroom (wall) and centipedes are iBack and forth. I picked it up with a tissue paper and threw it to the toilet. So lucky they didn't hurt us during sleeping. but i think they are dangerous.

We chose The Garland because, coming from Japan, we wanted to stay somewhere that would really make us feel like we were away from home and enjoying a different atmosphere. It was exactly what we were looking for! We were traveling as a family, so it was also very helpful that the hotel was able to provide us with a microwave and an electric kettle for our room. Everyone at the hotel was so kind, friendly, and always greeted us with a smile, which made our stay very comfortable. The pool area is beautiful, and we loved that they even showed movies by the pool in the evening! One thing Japanese families might want to know is that the pool is quite deep, around 3.5 to 5 feet. Our daughter enjoyed it with her own float, and it looked like pool tubes were also available to borrow. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely love to come back!

Used to stay here a lot years ago. It’s definitely a different experience now and sadly not nearly as special. The Bungalows are smaller and have lost their charm. They first put us in one in the back of the property that smelled really musty. I’m not sure if it hadn’t been used in a while or if it had mold, but the smell was so strong we had to move rooms. Second Bungalow just felt like a standard hotel room. No balcony, nothing in the minibar,.. Their answer to the musty room was to send someone over with a spray bottle of air freshener which he proceeded to spray around the room. This actually smelled worse than the mold. Super bummed. Used to be a great place.
