This apartment was perfect for what we needed. It is central to many parts so you could walk if you wanted. We did rent a car so it was great that free parking for 2 spots was available. It was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. I'd likely come and stay again when I am back in the area

Sunsets are amazing here. Splashes restaurant has excellent food & service. There’s also a morning coffee cafe for a quick on the go light breakfast. Loved it here!!

Food was good. Hotel was good. Everything good

Hotel is great overall! Quality is on par with what I’ve come to expect from Marriott. Staff is helpful and welcoming. Restaurant and lounge offer a broad selection of choices and are focused on service. Rooms are spacious and well-appointed with quality linens, comfortable bedding, and seating area. If there were any criticism, I’d say that an in-room coffee maker is definitely a miss on this otherwise quality Marriott/W Brand hotel.

House keeper did good job

The hotel is in a very nice location. Excellent for watching fireworks on New Year’s Eve. Our family came here from north bay for this purpose. We booked a two queen water front room for watching new year’s fireworks. We specifically requested a room with views of the bay bridge (and paid accordingly). However, when we checked in, our room was facing the ferry terminal. The view of the bay bridge was totally blocked. When we asked the front desk, the gentleman told us that the fireworks will be at the ferry terminal, not the bay bridge, which is totally untrue. We ordered in-room dining in order to watch the fireworks from our window. Only find out it’s totally blocked! The hotel has certain European charm and is very clean. The room is quiet. The bed and bedding are comfortable. There are enough charging ports which is quite convenient. The staff at lobby are courteous and helpful. Room amenities were old and need maintenance. The towels were stacked on the under-the-sink shelf. There aren’t towel bars to hang our towels after use. The coffee maker is not working. Maybe that’s why coffee and tea bags in the cabinet were old and rumpled. The basin drains super slow. We checked in as three guests and were provided two sets of towels and robes.

All was wonderful. Have to say that after making reservations two months in advance m, I was a bit disappointed in where we were placed. I should have said something when we check in but once I got over what I was expecting, the room location was okay but the room itself was over the top. We will go again but be a bit more vocal in our room placement. But this place comes with our strong recommendation to stay.
