Clean room. Convenient laundry in the room.

Checkin process was very long and my key didn’t work - they forgot our door was malfunctioning and I received a physical key after two trips up and down. No cleaning service, they leave all supplies by the elevator. Clean, close to many attractions, front staff friendly and knowledgeable. Pretty far from subway station if you have to bring a lot of luggage (recommend taking a Grab/taxi).

Excellent hotel. Clean, modern and spacious. Room faced a very busy street and there was a lot of traffic noise at all hours

The room has all we wanted. Being able to do laundry in it room was so appreciated.

Breakfast was great as well as the general menu. Lobby was excellent. Staff friendly and welcoming. The location fantastic for the connection to transit and the tram. Didn’t like having to pay for the pool and sauna though as I thought they should be free, just like the gym. Still overall a great place to spend a few days.

The room has all we wanted. Being able to do laundry in it room was so appreciated.

The room was spacious and very clean , the bed was very comfortable and it had all the amenities to have a comfortable stay .

Apartment style, air b and b if you chose to stay longer, but perfect for a weekend trip. Breakfast options were yummy, but could have had more variety. The dinner options were delicious. Easy quick check in and out options. Everything was clean, nice new building. Grear price we had too.
