I love everything about this hotel

An Exceptional Stay – A True Gem in Houston An absolutely wonderful experience! A special thank you to the entire team for the generous upgrade and exceptional hospitality. Everything was spectacular. I have loved this hotel for years, even when it was the St. Regis. My only suggestion would be to enhance the lovely little café by extending its hours until at least 5 PM and offering a wider selection, perhaps egg wraps and a few afternoon snacks. Everything I tried was absolutely delicious! Overall, a beautiful property with an exceptional team. I absolutely love this hotel and highly recommend it!

Hotel is beautiful and well laid out. Valet parking is a little expensive but worth it Rooms are very comfortable and the bathrooms are very nice. Bed is nice and comfortable

This boutique hotel was perfect for what we needed. The pool, bar and restaurant were all well maintained and accessible. We arrived later than intended but we were able to still get room service at a decent time upon arrival. Our young kids, 9, 7, 5 and 2 enjoyed the space. Loved the breakfast buffet and were very happy with the pricing of everything.

Place was great didn’t have towels but host provided them in a timely fashion. Problem with this facility is there is no outside access past the lobby the rest of the area requires a magnet key fob system to move from area to next area to access you rental. If you arrive after hours there is no way to get to your rental bc the key fobs are inside the rental behind the locked doors. I arrived after midnight due to work schedule luckily the key fob system was acting up and I found one entry door not locked after walking around the outside of the facility twice. So check in after hours was the only problem.
