9.2/10 Wonderful! (535 reviews)
I suffer from a brain injury that makes me extremely sensitive to sound, so much so that my stay at the hotel due to the noise of installing a new HVAC in the home I share with my partner. Because of my noise sensitivity, the staff had to give me a different room than the one I booked because the AC in the original room was too loud. The 2nd hotel room was an upgrade but the hotel honored the day rate I had originally paid for. The kept me at the same rate when I extended my stay an extra night (the HVAC was still being installed.
I was deeply grateful by the kindness extended by all the staff at the hotel.

This place was great, central in downtown, has a full athletic center, pool, pilates, yoga, weight room, the works. The hotel is charming and rustic, would definitely stay again.

Great location. Room was wonderful and big. Nice view of the boats and harbor. Wish our room could have been on a higher floor but regardless this is probably going to be our go to spot in Redondo.
