Liked the hotel other than you there are no escalators going to the Sky Tower from the front desk. There are 3 or 4 sets of stairs you have to use to get there and I am not strong enough to carry my luggage.

rooms were clean and very visible wear and tear in the elevators. However, the shower had zero water pressure and my particular room did not have hot water. Other than that. It is a nice clean place to stay.p

Wonderful resort all the way around! Beautiful room and great vibe in the casino. Loved the pool and the amenities. Thanks to Jamie for an excellent and friendly check-in. Also thanks to Dylan for helping out with the luggage. Will definitely come back next time we’re passing through Reno.
