Everything was outstanding - only complaint is that having a room on the 2nd floor of the North Tower is extremely inconvenient because of the route needed to use the room. Had to go between the 3rd floor and 2nd floor on 2 different elevators and a lengthy traverse. Everything else was first class

The ice machine wasn't working. I asked a security guy about it, and he looked at me like, “Dude, I’m security, man!” Then he just walked away huffing and puffing.
The shower took about 10 minutes just to get warm—not hot, just barely warm. The bathtub worked fine, so I ended up taking baths for the entire stay.
The lobby area reeks of cigarette smoke.
There were also extra charges I had to pay at the hotel for…??? Maybe parking? They didn't call it parking; they just called them “fees.”
Overall, average at best. Nothing to rave about.
