Fantastic hotel! Most spacious rooms in Japan. Beautifully appointed. Spectacular views over a tremendous new stadium. Greta gym, beautiful infinity pool and hot tub with stadium views. Lots of great places to eat. One of my all time favourites.

とても良い気分で過ごすことができました。

料理が素晴らしかった。以前より山本料理長の腕が冴え渡っている料理でした。 露天風呂では赤島に黄島に黒島を眺められて最高の気分での入浴でした。 朝はウグイスのさえずりで起こされ大自然を体感しました。 鬼岳の星空ツアーは少人数で椅子に座っての観賞だったので満天の星空を眺められました。次回はミルキーウェイを観たいと思いました。

Absolutely fabulous! The room was spotless, pleasant, and spacious. The hotel is conveniently located near the main train station, which makes the entire city easily accessible. Many of the city's historical, cultural and food destinations are within walking distance, and others are a short ride away by the trams or buses. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with many great Japanese and Western options. But what made this stay special is the staff - welcoming, helpful and caring. A delightful experience.

Different kind of hotel from the usual run-of-mill kinds. Located close to some major landmarks of Nagasaki like the Glover Garden. At the same time area around the hotel is very quiet. Tram and bus stations very close by. Very good varied breakfast.

Immaculate rooms, extremely helpful staff and amazing views from the private baths. The dinner and breakfast were excellent and I highly recommend both.
